2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you provide through the contact form or by email: name, email, company, service of interest and the content of your message.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to answer your request and prepare commercial proposals. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries (point (f)).

4. Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if it does not lead to a contractual relationship, for a maximum of 24 months. After that it is securely deleted.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data for marketing. Business email is provided by Google (Google Workspace), which acts as a processor and applies the data transfer safeguards required by the GDPR. We may also use service providers (website hosting and form handling) acting as processors under the GDPR.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies or any third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability at any time by emailing privacy@lusentra.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, access control and multi-factor authentication.
